Why Every Dental Practitioner Should Join the ASBA Study Club

I joined ASBA last year upon recommendation from David Gergen, thinking to further my knowledge on the topic of sleep apnea. I read several of the articles on the ASBA website, and then signed up for the study club which is held periodically throughout the year.

They have all been incredibly informative and worth the investment. The topics have spanned from sleep apnea concepts and etiologies to treatments with a range of appliances. Practice setup, medical billing and real life scenarios are some of the presentations I found especially helpful.

Each seminar has been taught by the foremost pioneers and experts in the field, including Dr. Tim Adams, Dr. Jerry Hu, and Mr. Gergen himself. Each presentation has left me with a desire to do more OSA therapy as a dental practitioner, but more importantly, they have all given me the needed tools to DO, ACCOMPLISH and SUCCEED if I implement these principles.

I would highly recommend the ASBA Study Club to those wanting to get off the sidelines and into the action!
