For decades, oral appliance therapy has focused primarily on anterior-posterior (AP) mandibular advancement. Historically, only a limited number of appliances allowed for both vertical and AP titration, and these systems were often complex to fabricate and difficult to adjust clinically.

This innovative appliance allows clinicians to precisely titrate both vertical dimension and mandibular advancement, offering greater flexibility when treating complex airway cases. The system utilizes interchangeable titration components designed for efficient adjustment while maintaining the reliability and familiarity of established titration methods.
